Bayes Esports and PrizePicks Partner to Provide Premier Fantasy Esports in North America

Data company Bayes Esports and US fantasy sports app PrizePicks have announced a new partnership. This collaboration that will see Bayes Esports provide data to allow PrizePicks to utilize official live esports statistics on their platform.

News of the collaboration was revealed on social media on Tuesday, June 25, with the companies stating that their aim was to “elevate North American esports fantasy gaming.”

As part of the partnership, Bayes Esports will provide official live match data to PrizePicks, which in turn will use this information to create a more enhanced and engaging fantasy offering. 

The move will also expand the European-based Bayes’ presence in North America. PrizePicks fantasy esports products will be powered by Bayes Esports data in all NA  states where fantasy gambling is allowed.

In their announcement post, Amir Mirzaee, Co-CEO and managing director at Bayes Esports, shared his excitement for the partnership:

“This partnership marks a significant milestone for Bayes Esports as we continue to expand our presence in North America. We are excited to provide PrizePicks with our official match data, enabling them to offer an enhanced and more engaging experience to their audiences.”

Adam Boothe, Director of Esports at PrizePicks also hyped up the new partnership, heaping praise on Bayes: 

“In order to provide our members with the best esports products in North America, we needed to partner with the highest quality esports data providers. Counter-Strike is our fourth biggest market and through our partnership with Bayes Esports we can continue offering this title 365 days a year.”

“We recognized a gap in the North American esports space and recently launched The Esports Lab, a media lab and education site for non-esports fantasy players. Bayes Esports data is powering CS2 and Dota 2 for a detailed stats experience not found anywhere else in our region.”

The move comes just weeks after PrizePicks announced their new esports fantasy resource, The Esports Lab. That platform is set to feature stats, live matches, and more, likely powered by this new Bayes collaboration.

Most recently, Bayes Esports became the official data provider for the Esports World Cup (EWC) in Riyadh, and EWC data will likely be utilized by PrizePicks to offer fantasy sports in the US and Canada.
