Bet Early on the CS:GO BLAST Premier Spring Series Matches and Outright Winners
The CS:GO BLAST Premier Spring Series is the first important Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event of 2020. The tournament is set to begin on January 31st and the group stage will conclude two weeks later but punters players can already bet on the competition.
Four participating teams will be split into three groups and all matches will be played in a best-of-three series. The top two teams advance to the Spring Finals, while the bottom two will have a second chance in the Spring Showdown. The esports tournament has a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000 and all 12 participating teams will be financially compensated.
Team Liquid are Expected to Dominate Group A
The North Americans are expected to take an early lead after the match against MiBR. Rivalry only offers odds of 1/5 on the North Americans to prevail, while pricing a surprise victory for the Brazilians at 3/1. The odds on Team Liquid to win the Spring 2020 Finals currently stand at 4/1. They only trail Astralis, who are the strongest Counter Strike Global Offensive team at the moment.
In the opening match of the CS:GO BLAST Premier Spring Series, FaZe take on Ninjas in Pyjamas. Even though the former are twice as likely to win Group A, they are only narrow favourites against the Swedish outfit. Punters willing to bet on FaZe will enjoy esports odds of 13/20, as opposed to 11/10 for the underdogs.
Astralis are the CS:GO BLAST Premier Spring Series Favourites
Astralis have had an exceptional year in 2019 in spite of missing their objectives in the final months. They are once again credited with the first chance of winning the CS:GO BLAST Premier Spring Series, with odds of 6/5 at ArcaneBet. The same bookmaker offers odds of 2/5 on them to win the group and they are widely expected to crush Complexity in the opening match.
Complexity are the underdogs in Group B where Natus Vincere and Team Vitality are strong candidates for 2nd place. In the opening match, the French and the Eastern Europeans get identical odds of 9/10. Overall, it is Team Vitality who is credited with a better chance to advance to the Spring 2020 Finals.
Group C is the Most Competitive at the BLAST Premier Spring
Three teams are fighting for the top two spots of Group C, while OG are the underdogs with odds of 7/1. The difference between Evil Geniuses, 100 Thieves and G2 Esports is negligible and the direct matches will weigh heavily in the balance.
Buff.bet regards 100 Thieves as narrow favorites over G2 Esports in the opening match of the day, as reflected by the odds of 3/4. Their opponents are in slightly better form and have a strong record in the early stages of international tournaments. In the final match of the day, Evil Geniuses are expected to pick up easy points against OG. Punters only get odds of 1/4 on the favorites and 3/1 on the underdogs.
