FaZe stuck picking up the pieces
FaZe haven’t been themselves recently and fans are concerned with the team’s poor form. Moreover, after disappointing with a 9-12th finish at the BLAST Premier Fall Groups, they now find themselves here trying to fight for a spot at the Fall Finals.
This performance followed a string of 5-8th finishes at multiple tournaments since winning IEM Chengdu 2024. And no, nothing’s changed, no roster changes or anything – simply poor form which has turned around at IEM Cologne.
Bearing this in mind, fans are hopeful that FaZe can turn things around, and no better way to do so than against lesser competition at this particular tournament. This makes them Counter-Strike betting favourites.
Virtus.pro facing ups and downs
CS2 betting sites are not sure where to rank Virtus.pro and neither are we. VP may be considered as betting favourites considering that they recently placed 3-4th at the Esports World Cup and the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024. Similarly, Complexity also finished 9-12th at IEM Cologne after winning the ESL Challenger at DreamHack 2024 tournament.
Both Falcons and Complexity are worth discussing together because of their relationship. Firstly, both teams will face one another if they win their opening matches, knocking each other out. In addition, should this match take place, it’ll be a rematch of the grand final of the ESL Challenger DreamHack Summer 2024 – can Falcons reap revenge?
