Power Rankings for BLAST Spring Groups 2024
Group A
- Team Vitality
- Astralis
- OG
- Falcons
Kicking off our BLAST Premier Spring Groups predictions, we’re looking at Group A.
Moreover, the favourites here are clearly Team Vitality and Astralis, while OG and Falcons look to compete against one another.
Accordingly, Team Vitality are coming off of a win at the BLAST Premier World Final last season, while Astralis’ new roster looks to be turning heads.
However, Astralis’ roster remains a little new, they’ll have to compete hard to keep out OG and Falcons.
Group B
- FaZe Clan
- Team Liquid
- GamersLegion
- Team Spirit
Moving on, Group B has FaZe Clan – a safe bet to get out of the Groups compared to most teams acording to CS2 betting sites.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Group looks be a mixed bag. While Team Liquid is an established name in Counter-Strike, their recently structured roster does have to prove itself – this Group looks to be a great test for this roster.
Group C
- G2 Esports
- Natus Vincere
- Ninjas in Pyjamas
- Complexity
Natus Vincere have received a lot of press recently, considering how their former superstar in “s1mple” stepped away from the roster due to personal reasons. After some time to rebuild, the community is confident that the backbone of this team is still one of the best in the industry.
With a strong form in the 2023 season, G2 Esports are a contender to make it out also, after winning IEM Cologne and IEM Katowice tournaments last year.
Group D
- Virtus.pro
- Cloud9
- BIG
- Heroic
This is probably one of the least clear Groups from the four.
Notably, both Heroic and BIG have undergone a number of changes and simply aren’t the same teams as last season.
Meanwhile, Cloud9 and Virtus.pro have dominated the Tier 2 scene recently and are looking rather competent, favoured to move on in the tournament.
