Zero Tenacity – More than Zero
As we outlined in our semi-final preview, Zero Tenacity has matured over a few weeks of difficult placements in Tier 2 of CS2.
Thanks to some impressive individual performances, they crushed Young Ninjas in the semi-final with a 13-3 win on Anubis while it was closer on Vertigo.
In a thrilling journey, after finishing 17-32nd at the first qualifier, they are now in a position to win and seed into the Thunderpick World Championship.
While they may not be favoured to take down Cloud9, they’ve been defying the CS2 betting odds all tournament long.
Cloud9 – Instant Success
This recently reconstructed roster has managed to find instant success.
Considering they’ve won qualifiers for other tournaments such as the Perfect World Shanghai Major and the IEM Rio, they are favourites to do it once again.
After their close shave against BetBoom in the semifinal match, they managed to clutch up with a 13-10 win on Anubis to earn their spot. In this match, Cloud9 played with a stand-in for the map that they lost.
So unless Cloud9 are forced to play with another stand-in, they are the favourites according to the CS2 odds.
Head-to-Head Record
As always, we’ve checked for a head-to-head record as part of our CS2 betting tips.
These two teams haven’t faced off in the past, so this should make for some interesting CS2 betting.
