CrossFire West League Betting Insights – Format and Schedule

Split into multiple regions, the CrossFire West League is the official Pro League for the West region and one of the top CrossFire betting opportunities of the year.

Hosted online and kicking off on 17th June, the $75,000 event concludes on 8th September.

Consisting of two stages of competition, the schedule for the CrossFire West League Season 2 2023 is as follows:

  • Group Stage17th June to 3rd September– double round robin, only the top 4 move on to the Playoffs
  • Playoffs 8th September – single elimination bracket with a BO5 Final

In addition, the top 4 from the Group Stage will play in the CFS Invitational EUMENA.

All competing teams have seeded from the previous esports tournaments of the CrossFire West League earlier this year:

  • Teams: GV ESPORTS, Lazarus, 3BL Esports, unKnights, Anubis Gaming, LCK, REH Gaming, CANKER

Currently halfway through the Group Stage, here are some exciting CrossFire esports betting opportunities from the coming week of matches:

5th August 2023

  • LCK vs unKnights (16:00 CEST)
  • Lazarus vs 3BL Esports (19:00 CEST)
  • CANKER vs Anubis Gaming (20:30 CEST)

CrossFire West League Betting Insights

LCK vs unKnights

While the top 4 is currently clear cut, with unKnights relishing their current spot in second place, LCK sits in fifth, desperate to climb upwards.

Bearing this in mind, LCK are hoping to improve over their last encounter, where they drew against unKnights.

Since then, LCK have been on a role while unKnights have suffered multiple draws. Considering this form, LCK are the favourites according to the CrossFire odds.

  • Predictions: LCK (2-0) unKnights
  • Odds: LCK Outright Win (-149), unKnights Outright Win (+112)

Lazarus vs 3BL Esports

Next up, 3BL Esports look to defend their spot in fourth place against Lazarus, an inconsistent team which hopes to rise from the dead.

After taking down LCK last week, they then suffered two more losses and hence, aren’t entirely favoured in this uphill match against 3BL Esports.

However, 3BL Esports haven’t looked that great either, with three of their last four matches ending in a draw – this is Lazarus’ chance to upset and get back in the race.

Bearing this in mind, the esports odds are pointing towards another draw for 3BL Esports.

  • Predictions: Lazarus (1-1) 3BL Esports
  • Odds: Lazarus Outright Win (-112), 3BL Esports Outright Win (-118)

CANKER vs Anubis Gaming

This next match has the most likely outcome out of these betting opportunities. Currently at either end of the CrossFire West League standings, Anubs Gaming looks to add another victory to their collection as they try and challenge first place.

Meanwhile, CANKER are unlikely to walk away as victors here, perhaps doomed to sit at the bottom of the standings unless they can surprise here.

  • Predictions: CANKER (0-2) Anubis Gaming
  • Odds: CANKER Outright Win (+116), Anubis Gaming Outright Win (-154)
