The prestigious SiGMA Europe Expo which takes place from the 15-19 November in Malta later this year, has agreed a deal with Esports Technologies Inc. for the latter to become one of the key Platinum Sponsors of this key gaming industry event.
As part of the agreement, Esports Technologies will be the exclusive sponsor of the exclusive CSGO esports tournament that is scheduled to take place during the event.
This tournament will see a number of legendary professionals and ex-players from the CSGO esports scene team up to take on a number of next generation players in what promises to be an exciting and innovative event.
Hosting a Workshop
In addition to the sponsorship of one of the most innovative of esports tournaments, Esports Technologies will also be represented at the event by hosting their own Esports workshop.
At this workshop, delegates will be able to learn more about the global esports industry, the trends that are impacting this particular industry at the moment, and which are likely to affect it in future years.
The multi-faceted workshop will be co-hosted by a number of industry leaders that are experts in their particular field, from game designers to esports betting specialists, to financial and legal services, to give those watching a wide and all-encompassing view of the future of the esports industry.
The Key Importance of SiGMA Europe
In recent years, the SiGMA Europe event has grown in size and scale to become one of the most important gaming industry events of the year. A wide range of businesses from all sectors of the gaming industry including operators, affiliates, regulators, and suppliers will be in attendance.
The self-proclaimed “World’s Gaming Festival” takes place at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in mid-November and this year, the expo is expecting to see around 15,000 delegates in attendance.
For many in the industry, SiGMA has become an event that is not to be missed, a fact which was echoed by Esports Technologies Chief Marketing Officer, Mark Thorne.

100 Startups To Receive Free Booth
As part of the SiGMA Europe event, the organisers have agreed to allow 100 startup businesses the chance to earn a free booth at the event and ten of these start-ups will gain further exposure on stage in the SiGMA Pitch.
The event will also see the popular European Gaming Awards announced, with some of the top companies in the industry receiving honours for their efforts over the course of the year.
Along with Conference and Networking opportunities, there will also be a number of keynote speakers at the event including Grant Johnson, the CEO of Esports Entertainment Group and Ivan Filletti of Gaming Malta.
