Fnatic vs. MAD Lions

Fnatic and MAD Lions have advanced to the upper bracket final after defeating c0ntact Gaming and MAD Lions with relative ease in the opening round. MAD Lions outplayed Dignitas in straight games and the team definitely has an advantage in head to head games with Fnatic. In spite of MAD Lions defeating their opponents in all the three games played so far, the two teams are credited with the same chance and identical odds of 9/10 by Luckbox. Under these circumstances, there are few reasons to go with Fnatic in this series.

c0ntact vs. Dignitas

c0ntact Gaming is expected to crush Dignitas in the lower bracket final, at least if we trust the odds of 2/5. GG.bet trusts them to prevail in spite of losing 10 consecutive games, including 7 straight matches at ESL Brazil. In their defense, c0ntact Gaming was able to claim victory on one map in most of these defeats, including their most recent loss at the hands of Fnatic. Dignitas are mired in a losing streak of their own, with a single victory in 10 games, so odds of 2/1 on them to cause an upset are not unjustified.

Virtus.Pro vs. Gen.G

Virtus.Pro have swept opponents in the last three games and are on a 9 match winning streak that should be extended on Saturday. They can consider themselves lucky to play against Gen.G who caused a major upset by defeating OG in the opening round. Virtus.Pro should emerge victorious with ease if we look at the odds of 1/5 offered by Loot.bet and their overall form. Gen.G have emerged as giant-killers after winning back-to-back games against Cloud9 and OG, so the odds of 7/2 are particularly tempting.

 OG vs. Cloud9

The most balanced match of the day is scheduled for Sunday afternoon between OG and Cloud9. The latter were unsurprisingly defeated by Virtus.Pro in a match where they started with the second chance. These extended the losing streak to five and also lost eight of the last nine matches. November was brutal for OG who lost all three games, but before that, they won six games in a row. In the series, they are slight favorites and we trust them to return to their winning ways and confirm the odds of 7/10 at Unikrn.
