If you have been watching PGL Antwerp Major in the past few days and have been impressed by the statistics that have been dropping during the broadcast, you can thank GRID for all that work. What is PGL Antwerp Major?

Everyone who has been following the CS: GO esports scene definitely knows what PGL Antwerp Major is, but for those who do not, it is one of the biggest offline tournaments for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It features 24 of the world’s best CS GO teams against one another for the prize pool of $1,000,000. While the prize pool is quite exciting, it also puts the winner into the BLAST Premier World Final.

What is GRID?

For those who are unfamiliar with GRID, they are an esports data platform. What that means is that when they partner up with someone, like PGL in this case, they will provide various data to improve the broadcast, integrity, and revenue of the event. Interestingly, this is not the first time GRID has been partnered up with PGL, as they have done so two times already, the first time being in 2019.

While many viewers might not care too much about those detailed statistics and random data that the broadcast is sharing, those who are passionate about esports betting and CS: GO will definitely benefit from this. Using every piece of data will certainly improve the odds of placing the correct bets.

Where to watch PGL Antwerp Major?

While the event started on May 9th, you can still tune into the remaining games. How to watch PGL Major Antwerp, you ask? You can tune in on the Twitch or Youtube broadcasts every day until May 22nd, when the final games of the tournament are going to be played.
