Fresh from their appearance at the SiGMA esports conference in Malta and hot on the heels of the company being awarded the prize for being the Best Esports Betting Solutions Provider at the BEGE Expo Awards back in November, it is back to work on the day to day job for the people at UltraPlay this week.
This latest gong is the eleventh such award for the company, who have established themselves firmly as one of the go to companies in the increasingly competitive and lucrative B2B esports betting market industry.
Constant Upgrading and Improvement
How UltraPlay have become one of the biggest names in esports betting is no secret. Since its inception, the company has been consistently upgrading and improving its esports betting and live betting services over the years, increasing both the number of esports and esports tournaments covered, as well as increasing the number of markets available on each.
At the present moment in time, UltraPlay offer an extensive range of esports betting solutions for their customers. This includes, betting on 28 different esports gaming titles, over 3,500 tournaments you can bet on pre-match and in play betting on over 2,500 live events every month.
Knowledge of the Esports Betting Market
The ability to ensure that they can provide the types of esports betting that customers want comes from one thing and that is the understanding the company have about esports in general. This was clearly evident on the first day at the BEGE Expo in Bulgaria in November, when Product Manager Nicolai Milev explained what online betting operators need to have on their sites to ensure that they attract new customers, convert them and then retain them once they are actively engaged with the site.
First day of BEGE Expo. We welcome you to our booth 2.12. Let’s meet and talk more about our advanced betting solutions. #ultraplay #igaming #esports #sports #betting #b2bsales #begeexpo #begexpo #begexpo2019 pic.twitter.com/W3OCXoqjTu

The CMO of UltraPlay, Lyubmoria Petrova, also caught the attention of those attending when she explained how esports betting is one of the key drivers to help attract the notoriously difficult to engage demographic of Millennials.
Fresh from that award-laden trip to Bulgaria, the team were on a plane once again and this time heading to SiGMA in Malta at the end of the month.
Commitment to Ethical Practices
One of the biggest concerns for any esports betting site is the fact that many of those engaged with esports are young, many not of the legal gambling age in the country in which they reside. In an interview prior to the events in Bulgaria and Malta Miss Petrova explained how UltraPlay deal with this sensitive issue.
“As a B2B service provider, UltraPlay develops and offers products that are technically compliant and follow the gambling industry’s standards. Thus, the online operators that use our betting solutions follow strict and professional KYC procedures so that no individuals under the age of 18 are involved in gambling.
“When it comes to esports, this is a vital requirement to be fulfilled by the B2C operators so that the industry’s integrity and ethics are followed correctly and the entire esports betting ecosystem is growing on a professional level.”
It is this combination of ethical service, esports industry expertise and innovative betting markets across a wide range of esports that have seen UltraPlay climb to the top of the industry.
