Complexity vs ATK

Predictions: Complexity to win

Odds: 1.23

Betting Site: Odds provided by Midnite Esports

When: October 5, 2022 – 14:30 CEST

One of the most notable matchups in the opening matches of the IEM Road to Rio 2022 Americas RMR is Complexity. With a core that has helped the team climb as high as 17th in the World Rankings, their first test will come against ATK. Although the three players on ATK’s roster have been playing together for a very long time, they have struggled to find players to complete the team and have been an average CS:GO team for a long time.

On the other hand, the addition of hallzerk to Complexity has taken the North American organization a step further and they have been able to take on stronger teams at times. Best-of-one matches are always open to surprises, but Complexity is closer to victory.

00NATION vs 9Z

Predictions: 9Z to win

CS:GO Odds: 2.36

Betting Site: Odds provided by Midnite

When: October 5, 2022 – 14:30 CEST

00NATION entered the scene in late 2021 and quickly became a favorite among Brazilian fans thanks to the presence of coldzera and TACO in the squad. However, neither the legendary coldzera nor TACO are performing as well as they used to. Even though they are far from those great days, they managed to qualify for the Major. The duo of dumau and try played a big role in this.

Although the 00NATION roster has more LAN experience, 9Z is one step ahead thanks to their firepower.

Liquid vs TeamOne

CS PredictionsLiquid to win

Odds: 1.07

CS:GO Betting Site: Odds provided by Midnite

When: October 5, 2022 – 15:45 CEST

In one of the most one-sided matches of the day, Liquid will take on Brazil’s TeamOne. Liquid struggled to find their rhythm after changing their roster, but with YEKINDAR joining the team, things have turned around. They started to challenge their global rivals and started to play for championships. As a result, they managed to become the fourth best team in the rankings.

TeamOne has an interesting statistic. They have been on a great run lately and have won all of their last 10 matches. The only problem is that all of these wins have been against low tier teams. It shouldn’t be a difficult match for Liquid.

Predictions: MIBR to win

Odds: 1.26

Betting Site: Odds provided by Midnite Esports

When: October 5, 2022 – 15:45 CEST

MIBR has received a major boost with the signing of legendary regional player HEN1. The player has averaged a 1.21 Rating in the last 1 month and has played a big role in recent wins. So much so that the MIBR team will face O PLANO with an 8-game winning streak.

On the O PLANO side, one of the standout players is the experienced kNgV-. The Brazilian helps his teammates both on the firepower side and on the team management side. However, this help should not come in handy against MIBR.
