Intrepid Fox One Step Away from Winning the Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter Playoffs

League of Legends fans are more or less on vacation, with all the important esports tournaments and domestic leagues on recess. Even the competitive ranking system is on break and preseason games are hardly enough to keep them at the edge of their seats.
This makes the Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter Playoffs an excellent diversion and a good opportunity to get up to speed with the most promising Greek teams. Greece doesn’t have the strongest domestic league in Europe, but its teams have made huge progress internationally over the last couple of years.
The Best Winter Phase B Teams Play in the Playoffs
The Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter Playoffs is the conclusion of the regular winter season which was divided into two phases. Only the most successful six teams have advanced to the elimination round which is played in a King of the Hill single elimination bracket. All the matches at this point require up to five games to decide the winner and half of the teams have already been eliminated. The top three seeds are still in the race and the squad that stands out from the crowd is Intrepid Fox Gaming.
Only the top three teams receive a prize, with the winners claiming half of the guaranteed prize pool, while the runners up get 30%.

Because of their stellar performance during the GLL Winter Phase B, they will play straight in the Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter Final on December 15. We Love Gaming Should Defeat Greek Renegades
The two teams playing in the Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter semifinal are We Love Gaming and Greek Renegades. They have finished the regular season with identical records, after winning six out of nine matches, but We Love Gaming have a slight edge. Rivalry prices them at 11/20 and for good reasons as they are the only team to have won a match against Intrepid Fox Gaming.
If they find their way to the final, they should also enjoy slightly better esports odds against the main favorites, given their past performance.
Greek Renegades are no pushovers either and they have the advantage of having already won a series in the Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter Playoffs. Because they have lost the direct series with We Love Gaming during the regular season, they had to player additional game in the playoffs. They made short work of Pyrsos Esports, one of the most resilient team in Greece, after beating than 3-1. The defeat suffered at the hands of We Love Gaming last month explains the odds of 7/5 on them to win.
The Greek League of Legends 2019 Winter Playoffs have a clear favorites and Intrepid Fox Gaming should be marching to victory. We trust them to lift the trophy and expect them to play a mildly contested final against We Love Gaming, after the latter outshined Greek Renegades in the semifinals.
