LCS Summer Week 6 2023 Betting Preview – Format and Schedule
Kicking off on 14th June, the LCS Summer season lasts until 21st July. Involving the 10 franchised LCS teams, the split is divided into two stages of competition as listed below and discussed in our LCS betting guide:
- LCS Summer Season – 14th June to 21st July
- LCS Championship – 27th July to 20th August
Starting with the LCS Summer Season, this features a double round robin, where each team competes against one another twice in BO1 matches – each one available for League of Legends betting. The top 8 teams qualify for the Championship as follows:
- Top 6 – Upper Bracket
- 7-8th – Lower Bracket
It’s at the LCS Championship that teams have a chance to earn a spot at Worlds 2023.
In this particular betting preview, we’ll be taking a look at LCS Summer Week 6 matches which are considered to be esports betting opportunities with LoL odds:
20th July 2023
- Golden Guardians vs Team Liquid (00:00 CEST)
- FlyQuest vs TSM (01:00 CEST)

LCS Summer Week 6 2023 Betting Preview
Golden Guardians vs Team Liquid
Fighting at the top of the standings, Golden Guardians are currently second, at 10-5, while Team Liquid are tied for third with a 9-6 scoreline.
Bearing this in mind, this is a fantastic opportunity for Team Liquid to climb into the top 2 and claim the best seeds for the LCS Summer Championship.
However, the last time these teams matched up, Golden Guardians walked away as winners. Once again, League of Legends betting sites are favouring, if only marginally, Golden Guardians to be the winner here.
However, the close odds does set this up to be a tight match.
- Predictions: Golden Guardians (1-0) Team Liquid
- Odds: Golden Guardians Outright Win (1.8), Team Liquid Outright Win (1.98)

FlyQuest vs TSM
Meanwhile, this next match doesn’t seem to be as contested.
In the midst of a tough split with a few wins, FlyQuest’s hopes of finishing in the top 8 are slim, but still alive. Specifically, they’ll need at least two twins in this final weeek, starting with this match agains TSM.
Unfortunately for them though, TSM are in a strong position to retain their top 6 position, currently tied for fifth. In addition, LoL odds support the LoL predictions behind TSM taking this match.
- Predictions: FlyQuest (0-1) TSM
- Odds: FlyQuest Outright Win (1.78), TSM Outright Win (2.0)

Dignitas vs 100 Thieves
Out of all of the opening matches in Week 6, the one between Dignitas and 100 Thieves arguably carries the most weight.
With both teams locked in 7th place at a 6-9 record, qualifying for the LCS Championship is hardly a certainty for these teams.
Fighting to stay alive, considering a loss could increase their chance of falling in the standings, 100 Thieves are favoured in this match-up.
Specifically, this is because their last encounter saw 100 Thieves winning rather convincingly, contributing to the odds from esports betting sites.
- Predictions: Dignitas (0-1) 100 Thieves
- Odds: Dignitas Outright Win (2.05), 100 Thieves Outright Win (1.75)
