Invictus Gaming are Favourites in Each Game

The reigning champions are expected to take an early lead by defeating AHQ eSports, the only team to have lost all the games so far. In the second match of the day, they take on Damwon Gaming who defeated them at the end of a stellar performance. In spite of losing the opening match, Invictus Gaming are still credited with the first chance by Betway Esports and get LoL Worlds betting odds of only 13/20. Their opponents will need to maintain the same level of play to defeat them again, as reflected by the odds of 6/5.

Four Decisive Hours for Damwon Gaming

The South Korean team has staged another incredible comeback after dropping the opening match against Team Liquid. Just like they did during the play-in stage, they won back-to-back games to confirm their position in the LoL Worlds power rankings and tie Invictus for the lead. On Sunday afternoon, they play three matches nearly back-to-back, with their fate at the LoL Worlds 2019 to be decided over a window of four hours. They’ll try to exact revenge upon the North Americans by defeating them in the first match of the day.

Buff.bet prices their win at 3/5, while another upset win for Team Liquid gets odds of 13/10.

Best-of-Five Series Favour Team Liquid

Team Liquid is famous for its reverse sweeps and the uncanny ability to offset seemingly insurmountable handicaps. During the group stage of the LoL Worlds 2019 they play best of one series, but they are well-positioned to advance to the quarterfinals. The North American team needs one victory over its main rivals to stay in the race and could wrap up the day with a decisive match against Invictus Gaming.

They will start as underdogs against both the South Koreans and the Chinese, with odds of 3/2 against the latter. Facing the reigning champions in the last game of the group stage is a daunting task but Team Liquid is one of the most experienced team at the League of Legends Worlds championship. AHQ esports are out of the race but they can still play spoiler and Betway prices them at odds ranging from 4/1 to 5/1. The team from Hong Kong has nothing to lose and shouldn’t be underestimated on Sunday afternoon
