NAVI
NAVI’s transition to an international roster has been full of ups and downs. From second place at ESL Pro League Season 18 to group exits at IEM Sydney and the BLAST Fall Final, the team has struggled to find their groove and play at a consistent level. However, their new recruit in Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov has taken to CS2 like a duck to water, and is tearing up the opposition every time he’s on the server.
If all the young talent on NAVI’s roster manages to click together as one unit, then they have a great chance at taking down even the toughest opposition, including the likes of Vitality and FaZe.
Complexity
Complexity’s rise to the top of the Counter-Strike food chain has been truly remarkable. The North American underdog made waves when they reached the IEM Sydney Grand Final, before continuing to perform on a very high level in subsequent events. A big reason behind Complexity’s success has been Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski, who has managed to regain his 2019 form and is currently one of the best CS2 players in the world.
However, the rest of the team needs to step up, if Complexity are to solidify their place as a contender team and remain among the Counter-Strike elite. The North American squad is too dependent on EliGE at the moment.
