PUBG Mobile Esports Ranked – New System
This new ranked system is called “Ultimate Royale” and aims to give players a taste of PUBG Mobile esports while possibly contributing to esports betting.
Moreover, the best 500 players in this new playlist have the opportunity to audition as part of an esports team which is a first for mobile gaming. Kicking off on 10th November 2024, this new game mode kicks off every two weeks after the ‘Classic Season’ starts.
Open to any competitor that makes it to the Crown Tier, this seems to be similar to other systems devised by game organizers such as Riot Game’s Premier mode for VALORANT.
However, unlike this new PUBG Mobile Esports ranked system, Riot’s version ensures players compete in teams ahead of the competition with associated esports odds. Perhaps, one improvement for the Ultimate Royale would be to ask players to link up into teams to make integrating with the esports industry more simple.
Regardless, this new PUBG Mobile esports in-game ranked system allows players to work their way up to the top, gives organizations a talent pool to draw from and makes for a heightened experience for average gamers. This should also offer some content for the best PUBG streamers.
Also – what about PUBG esports? We’d love to see KRAFTON and BlueHole work together to help move both PUBG and PUBG Mobile at the same pace, although that isn’t the case right now.
This announcement comes weeks ahead of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship tournament, the final chapter of the season.
