Following the RLCS World Championship last week, the format for Rocket League Gamers8 is very similar.

Firstly, there’s a Group Stage with 4 groups of 6 teams each. Within each group, BO5 matches in a double elimination bracket will slice the competition in half, where only the top 2 from each group move on to the Playoffs. At the time of writing, seeding for the Groups is not confirmed for the participating teams.

Once in the Playoffs, the final 8 standings teams fight through a single-elimination bracket with BO7 matches – fighting the Rocket League odds.
