Vanguard x Warzone: Season 2 Reloaded Brings Huge Content Drop
As time goes on, it seems like the mid-season updates for the Call of Duty universe are only getting better. Once upon a time, the mid-season update brought with it a new map, maybe a new weapon, and potentially some new zombies content. However, on the 23rd of March, the Season 2 Reloaded update will drop, bringing with it a staggering amount of content. This includes a revised Rebirth map, an exclusive event, new operators, bundles, modes, and fresh content for Vanguard’s multiplayer.
It’s a massive update – potentially the biggest mid-season update in the history of Call of Duty. There’s a sense of excitement among fans, particularly those that enjoy playing Rebirth on Call of Duty: Warzone. Without further ado, let’s break into the Season 2 Reloaded update and let you know about every item coming on the 23rd of March.
Season 2 Reloaded and Ready to Go
As the mid-season updates are now universal, they impact both Warzone and the current multiplayer title – Vanguard. There are also further implications across the board, such as with the Call of Duty League. After all, any updates that are applied to the multiplayer portion of Vanguard will impact the CDL. And, talking about the CDL, there’s a special mid-season Rebirth event taking place, featuring the talents of the League. Here’s the full drop:
As you can see from the central point of the graphic, there’s a huge focus on Call of Duty: Warzone. There’s a massive update coming to Rebirth, the smaller, faster-paced map within the battle royale universe of Call of Duty. Firstly, there’s a rejuvenation of the map itself, introducing all-new POIs, weapon trading stations, and the redeploy balloons seen in Caldera, the larger map. There will also be a host of new challenges as well as all-new modes, such as Blood Money, and Payload.
Elsewhere, Call of Duty fans will receive a new Operator in the form of Gustavo, and a host of new bundles. If you’re interested in the world of hip-hop (and FaZe Clan), you can officially run through Warzone as Snoop Dogg, with an all-new bundle bringing his unique skin into the game.
Venturing Into Vanguard
There’s a considerable update coming for Call of Duty: Vanguard in the Season 2 Reloaded drop. Firstly, fans will be receiving an all-important new map, called Alps. This is a 12v12 map by default, and it’s the staging ground for a new game mode called Arms Race. This is the biggest map to land in Vanguard by far, and it’ll feature several points of interest spread out over a large environment.
Finally, there’s a host of new vehicles, as well as updates to Call of Duty: Vanguard’s ranked mode. There’s also a brand new SMG turning up called the Armaguerra 43 – and players are already experimenting with low-recoil meta builds. There’s a huge amount of content to explore in the Season 2 Reloaded drop – so what are you waiting for?
