Format and Schedule
To grab a piece of the $1,000,000 prize pool, the 32 best Street Fighter players are fighting through two stages of competition.
Starting with a Group Stage, the competition is split into 8 groups of 4 players each. Within each group, a double round robin is played where each player faces one another twice.
After the Group Stage is complete, only the top 2 players of each Group move on to the Playoffs – the best Street Fighter betting opportunity at this particular event.
With only the best 16 players making it to the Playoffs, a double elimination bracket decides the competition where each set is a BO5. Everyone starts from the Upper Bracket – everyone has an equal shot of taking the big prize.
For those unaware, everyone starting in the Upper Bracket means that a player will need to lose twice in order to be eliminated.
