UltraPlay Named Best Esports Service Provider in the Nordics

UltraPlay, the team behind BUFF.bet and a number of other white label solutions, have been named the Best Esports Service Provider in the Nordics at the 2020 BSG Awards, which were held in Tallinn, Estonia last week.
The award is particularly pleasing for UltraPlay as it is voted for by all those that were attending the event, so it also is a vote of confidence from their peers.
It is the second year in succession that UltraPlay has landed one of the top gongs at the ceremony, after claiming the Best Esports Service Provider in the Baltics title last year.
The latest award is the 18th prize in total that the company has received for its innovations and efforts within the esports industry.
What are the BSG Awards?
The BSG Awards stand for the Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards and are designed to honour the different companies and businesses that are bringing high quality service to this geographic region in a number of different branches of the gaming industry, including esports and esports betting.
This year was the second year that the Awards ceremony was held and there was a large increase in the number of categories awarded in the event this year to 36. The event had originally been planned to take place in Tallinn on May 7 but was postponed until August due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Other awards offered in the ceremony, which are all decided by a transparent voting process involving those that attend the awards, include the best Online Casino Provider, the Best Payment Service Provider and the Best Sports Betting Provider and usually there are two awards up for grabs in each section, one for the Nordics and one for the Baltics.
“Developing and Enhancing”
Speaking about their latest award, the CMO of UltraPlay, Lyubomira Petrova expressed her pleasure at the recognition.
“We are honoured to be acknowledged as the Best Esports Servive Provider in the Nordics – a region that is particularly strong when it comes to esports,” she noted.
“It’s the second time in a row to be highly recognised at the BSG Awards and it’s attending delegates, which confirms we are on the right track – developing and enhancing this very specific betting vertical.”
Other UltraPlay Awards
In addition to the gongs that the company has won at the BSG Awards over the past couple of years, UltraPlay has picked up prizes at a number of other prestigious events. At the EGR B2B Awards in July, the company was awarded the Esports Betting Supplier award, also for the second year in a row.
Earlier in the year at the International Gaming Awards (IGA) and ICE London Landmark Awards, the company also landed the Esports Betting Software of the Year award.
A significant part of this success has been down to UltraPlay developing a number of top-quality interfaces and operations, such as their ODDS.GG service, which has been rapidly adopted across a number of esports betting sites in many different regions.
