Format and Schedule
Kicking off on 28th June, the $100,000 event is running up until 9th July and is fantastic VALORANT betting opportunity.
Taking place offline at multiple venues in Bangkok, Thailand, the format is split into two stages – Group Stage and Playoffs.
Firstly, the Group Stage takes place between June 28th and July 4th. Here, two groups of five teams are fighting through a single round robin, playing one another in BO3 matches. Here’s how the two groups have been seeded:
- Alpha – BOOM Esports, Fancy United, NAOS Esports, ONE Team, XERXIA
- Omega – Bleed eSports, Bonkers, Dplus, Orangutan, SCARZ
From here, only the top 3 teams move on to the Playoffs, taking place between 7th and 9th July. In a high-stakes single elimination bracket, a BO5 Grand Final will crown one winner, one team to qualifies to the VCT 2024 and 2025 Pacific League!

VALORANT Challengers Ascension Pacific: Betting Preview
SCARZ vs Bonkers
Predictions here are rather tough, considering that these teams are seeding from two different regions.
Moreover, with SCARZ from Japan and Bonkers from Oceania, the clear picture is that Japan as a region features much better competition, especially compared to Oceania.
It’s for this reason that SCARZ is favored in this opening match-up in Group Omega, as according to the VALORANT esports betting odds.
- Predictions: SCARZ (2-1) Bonkers
- Odds: SCARZ Outright Win (1.42), Bonkers Outright Win (2.77)

Fancy United Esports vs XERXIA Esports
Our next match features a familiar name in international VALORANT.
Prior to the new VALORANT format, XERXIA Esports was a regular name in Tier 1 VALORANT, competing at multiple international competitions including VALORANT Champions 2022.
Since being demoted to Tier 2 VALORANT, they’ve maintained dominance in Thailand. In this context, they are favoured against the lesser known Fancy United Esports – however, not by much as outlined by the esports odds.
- Predictions: Fancy United Esports (1-2) XERXIA Esports
- Odds: Fancy United Esports Outright Win (2.02), XERXIA Esports Outright Win (1.75)

Dplus KIA vs Orangutan
Our thid esports betting opportunity is a showdown between Dplus KIA from South Korea, and Orangutan from South Asia.
Returning with their dominant roster, Dplus are one of the favourites to come out on top of the entire event. Kicking things off, this opening match will very likely go in their favour as per the odds.
- Predictions: Dplus KIA (2-0) Orangutan
- Odds: Orangutan Outright Win (3.08), Dplus KIA Outright Win (1.35)
