VCT Americas LCQ 2023 Predictions
MIBR vs KRU Esports
Not winning a single match out of nine is definitely a strong statistic. However, despite this, KRU Esports aren’t entirely ruled out of this match up thanks to the esports odds. Likely, this is thanks to KRU’s strong history of qualifying for international events.
Regardless, MIBR is the favourite here, seeded 9th thanks to a 3-6 record in the season. Needless to say, MIBR did win when these two teams last faced one another in the regular season.
While the underdog story for KRU is interesting, MIBR remains favoured here.
- Predictions: MIBR (2-1) KRU Esports
- Odds: MIBR Outright Win (1.85), KRU Esports Outright Win (1.93)

Sentinels vs 100 Thieves
In this next match-up, two of the most popular teams in North America are going head to head. Sure, both teams have a 4-5 record from the regular season, but there’s a stark contrast between these two teams – experience.
For those unaware, the core trio of Sentinels being ex-LOUD players reigned as VALORANT Champions for 2022. Bearing this in mind, esports bookmakers favours them to at least qualify to this year’s event.
Meanwhile, 100 Thieves had have moments of improvement, but they aren’t favoured here in this esports betting opportunity.
- Predictions: Sentinels (2-0) 100 Thieves
- Odds: Sentinels Outright Win (1.52), 100 Thieves Outright Win (2.50)
