VCT EMEA League Week 8 Betting Insights

For the past few months, the best teams in the EMEA region have been competing to be the best there is within the first stage – the Regular Season.

Within this format, teams compete against one another in a single round robin. Once every team has faced one another in a BO3 match, only the top 6 teams will advance to the Playoffs.

Meanwhile, the bottom 4 will be eliminated and won’t move on.

In the Playoffs, hosted in May, the top 3 teams will earn spots at both Masters and Champions. Considering these stakes, teams will be doing their best to compete in Week 8 as one of the final weeks.

Out of the five matches taking place this week, we’ve selected three great VALORANT betting opportunities to consider as scheduled below:

17th May 2023

18th May 2023

19th May 2023

VCT EMEA League Week 8 – Odds and Predictions

Fnatic vs Natus Vincere

While both Fnatic and Natus Vincere are respected as the best teams in VCT EMEA, there can only be one leader.

As one of the most anticipated match-ups of the season, this looks to be an incredible esports betting opportunity considering the quality of the teams.

Moreover, a win for Natus Vincere here will propel them into the first place spot over Fnatic, considering that Head-to-head match score determines the tiebreaker.

This match crowns the season champions for VCT EMEA – can Na’Vi overthrow the favoured Fnatic?

VCT EMEA League Week 8

Team Heretics v Team Vitality

While Fnatic and Natus Vincere are fighting to dominate the league, other teams are desperately trying to stay within the top 6.

Two such teams are Team Heretics (8th) and Team Vitality (7th). Considering that both are on the cusp of the cut-off point, this match looks to go the distance.

Although Heretics have looked much better in their last match, it may be too little too late against the esports odds favouring Team Vitality.

BBL Esports vs FUT Esports

Another match with a massive influence over the final standings is that between BBL Esports (6th) and FUT Esports (5th).

Sure BBL Esports did manage to take a map off of the leaders Fnatic, but apart from that they are not favoured in this match against the Turkish superstars in FUT.

Regardless of the outcome, whoever loses risks falling to seventh place depending on the result between Team Heretics and Team Vitality – can BBL Esports keep their Playoffs dreams alive?
