VCT Pacific League – Opening Weekend

Moreover, the VALORANT Champions Tour this year is split into three regional VALORANT tournaments.

Indeed, the VCT Pacific League is one of these regions, featuring ten competing teams. Competing in Seoul, South Korea, the season kicks off on March 25th, extending to May 28th.

Within the format, a single round robin will mean that every team will compete one another once in a BO3. From this stage, only the top 6 teams will compete in the Playoffs.

Once in the Playoffs, only the top 3 teams will advance to both the Masters and Champions events taking place later this year – huge stakes beyond the $250,000 prize pool. Here are the 10 competing teams:

VCT Pacific League – Odds and Predictions

ZETA DIVISION vs DRX

Starting the weekend off, we have a rather one-sided affair to kick things off.

Specifically, DRX are currently respected as one of the top VALORANT teams in the VCT Pacific League, thanks to their 3-4th finish at the VCT LOCK//IN event.

Meanwhile, ZETA DIVISION failed to impress after placing 17-32nd at the event, thanks to an early loss to Leviatan. Indeed, DRX is heavily favoured here.

Paper Rex vs DetonatioN FocusMe

Despite being one of the favourites ahead of the VCT LOCK//IN event, Paper Rex were perhaps the biggest disappointment at the entire event, finishing 17-32nd.

In addition, the likes of DetonatioN FocusMe also fell short, placing similarly. However, while Paper Rex lost to fellow favourites Cloud9, DetonatioN FocusMe fell short at the hands of Giant Gaming.

Bearing this in mind, Paper Rex are favoured here.

Team Secret vs Talon Esports

Next up, we have a hugely contested match to look forward to.

Specifically, there’s Talon Esports who impressed everyone at the opening event with a 5-8th finish, while Team Secret place 9-16th.

Alongside one another, these teams look to be evenly matched, with the edge given to Talon Esports considering their impressive early performance in the season. Overall, this match is a great VALORANT betting opportunity.
