Career

Early Career

‘Agressif’ joined the team New Element after The International 2013. He only stayed with them for a few months before departing and joining LGD.CDEC, however. This team weren’t very successful, but after placing 5th/8th at i-League Season 1, the organisation departed from their LGD sponsorship to form their own team, CDEC Gaming towards the end of 2014.

CDEC Gaming

CDEC Gaming quickly gained fame as one of the strongest teams in the Eastern scene. They placed in the top 3 at a number of events and rivalled teams such as Newbee, LGD Gaming, and Invictus Gaming. The team faultered shortly after the new year, and placed 13th/16th at Dota 2 Asia Championships 2015 and proceeded to fail to qualify for 2 events, but they quickly regained their footing and once again dominated the scene. Although they failed to win any tournament, they consistently placed highly. By the time The International 2015 came around, CDEC Gaming had made it through the qualifiers and were strong favourites to win the event. They made it to the grand finals, but unfortunately lost against Evil Geniuses 3:1.

In the months that followed The International, CDEC Gaming’s performance dropped considerably. They placed in the top half of most tournaments but frequently failed to make it into the top 3. After a 5th/6th place finish at The Frankfurt Major, they were expected to perform well at The Shanghai Major 2016. However, the team placed joint last and as a result, ‘Agressif’ was picked up by LGD.Gaming.

LGD.Gaming

LGD had already established themselves as a strong Chinese team, and their reputation remained upheld with the help of ‘Agressif’. After placing 4th at The Manila Major, and 3rd at the Nanyang Dota 2 Championships Season 2, LGD attended The International 2016 through an invitation. Unfortunately, they disappointingly placed 9th/12th and ‘Aggressif’ left in the roster changes that follow every International.

VGJ.Thunder

‘Agressif’s next team somewhat struggled to perform well. Although they achieved some notable success such as 5th/8th at The Kiev Major, and 2nd and StarLadder i-League StarSeries, the team mostly received mediocre results. The team eventually failed to qualify for The International 2017

International tournaments

‘Agressif’ has attended several Valve sponsored events over the years with various teams. At The International 2015, he got closer than ever to claiming the Aegis of Champions, but in the ended lost the grand final series against Evil Geniuses and ended 2nd. He has also placed highly at The Kiev Major 2017, The Manila Major 2016 and The Frankfurt Major 2015.
