HeaQ Domestic Career

2015

Martin “HeaQ” Kordmaa began his LoL career on Low Priority. Together with his teammates, he took part in the 2015 EU CS Summer Qualifiers. Low Priority had a strong start by scoring a 2-0 over Virtual Gaming, but the following 1-2 loss to Mousesports knocked them out of the competition.

2016

Afterward, HeaQ briefly joined E-corp Gaming. However, he didn’t have any notable showings, and so, he went back to Low Priority. Once again, they attended the 2016 EU CS Summer Qualifiers. They had a decent showing in the group stage, but unfortunately, they couldn’t make it into the playoffs after losing to SK Gaming.

This caused HeaQ to leave the team and join SuperMassive TNG in the 2016 TPL Summer Split. With his help, TNG went all the way to the finals before losing 1-3 to Team Orora. Even so, this run was more than enough to advance to the 2017 TCL Winter Qualifiers. There, TNG defeated ÇİLEKLER with a 3-1 score to qualify for the big league.

2017

In the off-season, HeaQ joined ALTERNATE aTTaX and took part in the 2017 EU CS Spring Qualifiers. But ultimately, aTTaX fell short in the group stage and couldn’t advance further. Still, HeaQ’s play caught the eye of Giants Gaming, and they signed him for the 2017 EU LCS Spring Split.

However, Giants struggled to stand up to the competition. They finished the group stage dead-last and found themselves playing in the Promotion Tournament. A quick 1-3 defeat against Fnatic Academy pushed them into the loser’s bracket. And while Giants managed to bounce back with a win over Origen, another loss to Fnatic Academy sealed their fate. They were eliminated from the EU LCS.

In summer, HeaQ went to Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP). But a new team didn’t turn his bad luck around, and NiP looked hopelessly outclassed in the 2017 EU LCS Summer Split. After going 2-11 in the group stage, HeaQ had to play in another Promotion Tournament. There, NiP fell to Giants Gaming with a 1-3 score. They gained some momentum with a victory over Mysterious Monkeys, but the staggering defeat against Schalke 04 put an end to their run.

2018

When Ninjas in Pyjamas were knocked out of the EU LCS, HeaQ joined Team ROCCAT.

HeaQ International Tournaments

Over the course of his career, HeaQ didn’t attend any international tournaments.
