He ‘Inflame’ Yongzheng is the current offlaner for LGD.Forever Young.
‘Inflame’s career began in 2014 when he joined the team CIS game. This team mainly competed in minor events and failed to achieve any strong results for the roughly 6 months that ‘Inflame played with them. They participated in The International 2014 qualifiers, but failed to make it to the main event. Following The International, ‘Inflame’ left the team and briefly joined LGD.cn. However, he had been with the organization for less than a month before he transferred to LV Gaming, who he played with until the beginning of 2015.
After the team won National Electronic Sports tournament in and Dota 2 League, most of the squad members were signed over to EHOME to participate in Dota 2 Asia Championships 2015. The new squad made it through the DAC Qualifiers and into the main event, but unfortunately, only placed 9th/12th. EHOME participated in several more qualifiers over the next few months, but failed to make it to any main events. After failing to qualify for ESL One Frankfurt, ‘Inflame’ was lent to Dream Gaming for only a short period of 6 months. Shortly after this, he joined CDEC Youth.
‘Inflame’ joined the original CDEC Youth squad when the team began their ventures in late 2015. He played with this team until the beginning of 2017, however they failed to achieve many results, let alone qualify for most events. Their most notable achievements were a 2nd place finish at Dota 2 Radiant & Dire Cup 2015 and 4th at Nanyang Dota 2 Championships Season 2. Other than this, the team failed to qualify for almost every event they participated in.
In January of 2017, CDEC underwent major restructuring. They moved ‘Inflame’ over to their main squad in addition to terminating CDEC Youth. Unfortunately, his new team CDEC Gaming didn’t receive any better results than the old CDEC Youth did and after failing to qualify for a number of events, ‘Inflame’ moved over to LGD.Forever Young.
LGD.FY were immediately successful upon ‘Inflame’ joining the team. They qualified for EPICENTER 2017 as well as Mars Dota 2 League, where they placed 3rd/4th and 2nd respectively. The team also qualified for The International 2017 and at the main event they managed to place 3rd. During the remainder of 2017, the team participated in a number of qualifiers but failed to make it to most main events. However, they still achieved some strong results including 1st at Dota2 Professional League and 3rd at Perfect World Masters. In 2018, LGD.FY qualified for ESL One Genting, but unfortunately placed joint last and also failed to qualify for ESL One Katowice.
Probably ‘Inflame’s greatest achievement was 3rd at The International 2017 with LGD.Forever Young. However, this is the only instance where any team he has played with has won more than $100,000 from a single event. Prior to The International, LGD.FY had also participated in EPICENTER 2017 and placed 3rd/4th, losing to Team Liquid.
