North American esports powerhouse 100 Thieves has bolstered its Counter-Strike 2 return by appointing legendary Danish in game leader Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander as head coach.

The announcement dropped on December 19, 2025, via a cryptic social media teaser: “Target found.”

gla1ve Steps into Coaching After Storied Career

Retiring last month after a five month bench stint with ENCE, gla1ve transitions to his first coaching role after over 15 years as a pro. Renowned for captaining Astralis through its unparalleled 2016-2020 dynasty, capped by four Major victories, he’s hailed as one of Counter-Strike’s all-time great strategists.
