Brace for Impact Partners with ESL FACEIT Group to Boost Women’s CS2 Ecosystem

Non profit organization Brace for Impact (B4I) has forged a landmark partnership with ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) to champion the women’s Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) scene, leveraging FACEIT Clubs for a full slate of competitive events across five regions in 2026.

This collaboration arrives just three months after EFG indefinitely suspended the ESL Impact circuit post its eighth season, the world’s premier women’s CS2 competition. ESL cited an unsustainable economic model, prompting orgs like MIBR to pledge ongoing support for female talent.

B4I co-founders t4tiana (@t4tianacs) and Scott Park (@ParksCasts) hailed the deal as a game-changer. “STOKED to announce our partnership with @ESL
+ @FACEIT!” t4tiana posted, noting six months of effort to register as a non profit, hire staff, and secure funding. Park added, “We are running events the entire calendar year in 5 regions guaranteed, and maybe a little more on top.”

Packed 2026 Schedule Ahead

B4I is expanding from three to five regions: NA, EU, SA, OCE, ZA. Kicking off January 17, community backed Cash Cups offer prizes from $100 to $500. Regional leaderboards compliment the tournaments, fostering ongoing competition.

t4tiana emphasized continuity: “This partnership enables us to carry on the Impact Cash Cup legacy, expanding our monthly prize pools… We promise consistent, inclusive, and rewarding events for FE CS.”

A Sustainable Path Forward

This alliance signals renewed momentum for women’s CS2 amid calls for viability. By utilizing FACEIT’s infrastructure, B4I aims to nurture talent, host inclusive play, and bridge the gap left by ESL Impact, potentially inspiring broader industry investment.
