Call of Duty League 2026: Teams, Schedule, Format and More
The Call of Duty League (CDL) has unveiled its 2026 season structure for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, launching December 5 with Opening Weekend and running through a Championship in Las Vegas.
The 12 franchised teams return to city based branding with fresh identities, global majors, returning minors, pro am events, and the new overload mode alongside hardpoint and search & destroy in 4v4 competition.

- LAN Major: Jan 29 – Feb 1, 2026
Major II: Birmingham, UK (Hosted by DreamHack) – 10-Team Major
- Online Qualifiers: Feb 13 – Mar 22, 2026 (6 weeks, full round robin, top 10 advance)
- LAN Major: Mar 27-29, 2026
Major III: Atlanta, GA – Pro Am Classic
- Online Qualifiers: Apr 17 – May 10, 2026 (3 weeks)
- Online Minor: Apr 24-26, 2026
- LAN Major: May 2026 (dates tba)
Major IV: Paris, France (Hosted by Paris Gentle Mates)
- Online Qualifiers: May 29 – Jun 21, 2026 (3 weeks)
- Online Minor: Jun 5-7, 2026
- LAN Major: Jun 25-28, 2026
Championship Weekend: Las Vegas, NV (Hosted by FaZe Vegas)
- Jul 16-19, 2026 – Top 8 teams battle via CDL points.
- Two online Minors (12 team single elim) between majors award points.
Competition Format
- Qualifiers: 3-6 weeks per Major, win matches for seeding and base CDL Points (example 10 per win).
- Majors: Double elim (12 teams, except Major II’s 10), all Bo5.
- Major II: Top 6 auto qualify; 7th-10th play ins.
- Major III Pro Am: Top Challengers join.
- Champs: Top 8 by points (100 for Major 1st, 75 2nd, etc.).
