EA and Premier League Return to China with ePremier League Finals

Electronic Arts (EA) and the Premier League have announced the second edition of ePremier League China, a FC Mobile tournament with finals set for Shanghai on January 10-11.

Online qualifiers ran throughout December 2025, narrowing the top 128 players over three rounds to select 20 finalists, one representing each Premier League club. Each will pair with a Chinese influencer from sports or gaming for a series of matches,

The event is free for fans, featuring on site activations, prizes, and giveaways to connect pro football with China’s gaming scene.

Prize Pool

1st place: $1,500
2nd place: $1,000

This marks the circuit’s return to China since its debut in 2021, the first ePremier League outside the UK. Tencent hosted FC Online events there in 2025.

UK ePremier League on the Horizon

A UK edition using EA Sports FC 26 follows, with players from the 20 clubs vying for a £100,000 prize pool and FC Pro World Championship spots.

Group stage will debut on February 28–March 1, with the finals on March 29.
