ENVY Exits Rainbow Six Siege Esports

North American organization Team Envy has abruptly departed from Rainbow Six Siege X esports, parting ways with its roster and pausing all competitive operations in the game.

The announcement drops just one week before the North America Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) for the Six Invitational 2026 in Paris, where the team was set to face Cloud9.

Six Invitational 2025

Envy acquired the roster previously known as JJ & Co in June 2025, marking their entry into the scene. Despite a recent win in one of the NA SI qualifiers, they finished 10th in Stage 1 and 7th in Stage 2, missing major events like the R6 Esports World Cup and BLAST R6 Major Munich.

This marks the third organization to exit or drop their R6 roster in the past week, following Chiefs Esports Club (APAC) and Fnatic (EU/MENA).

The Roster

Envy transferred its league license to IGL James “JJBlazt” Letkovsky, allowing the squad to compete orgless under JJ & Co in the LCQ. The group plans to stick together for 2026, leveraging an affiliate license in the R6 Esports NA league with financial funding benefits while seeking a new organization.

Looking Ahead

JJ & Co kicks off the LCQ against Cloud9 as early as January 9, competing for one of the last spots at the Six Invitational 2026 (February 2–15 in Paris, $3M prize pool).

Post event, the offseason begins in March, with the new season kickoff in April. Envy eyes potential returns via A-Tier events, but the NA scene faces further contraction.

Will JJ & Co secure a major miracle and land a new home?
