Team Vitality – Back-to-Back Winners?

Built around a solid core, this Vitality roster has now consistently been one of the best CS2 teams for the past two years. Recently adding the likes of Robin “ropz” Kool to the roster, they’ve maintained their reputation in the community.

While there were some concerns after this roster finished 5-8th at both the Perfect World Shanghai Major and BLAST Bounty Spring, Vitality was quick to silence the community at IEM Katowice 2025. For those unaware, Vitality crushed the tournament with only a single map loss throughout, ending with a dominant 3-0 Grand Final sweep over their rivals Team Spirit.

At ESL Pro League Season 21, Vitality comfortably dismissed MIBR, 3DMAX and MOUZ. Bearing all of this in mind, although they had an easy run in the Group Stage, Team Vitality are CS2 betting favourites to win it all.

Team Spirit – Ready for a Rematch

Spirit is in the same category as Vitality – a legacy CS2 roster looking to win as much as possible. After winning Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 and the BLAST Bounty Spring, they were also favoured at IEM Katowice 2025.

However, as we’ll reiterate, Spirit did fall short to Vitality in a big way after a 3-0 loss. To put this into context, here’s the head-to-head match-up for Vitality and Spirit since June 2024 for your CS2 predictions:

With a dead-even record, this match could go either way and will likely boil down to map picks and individual plays. Moreover, Spirit is the only flawless team at ESL Pro League Season 21, and we expect them to rematch Team Vitality in the Grand Final.

Can Natus Vincere Find Consistency?

It’s been hard to put a finger on this Natus Vincere roster. Throughout the past year, they’ve gone from winning events like the PGL Major Copenhagen to finishing 9-11th at the Perfect World Shanghai Major.

However, they’ve managed to find a groove, finishing 3-4th at both the BLAST Bounty Spring and IEM Katowice 2025. Despite these performances, we’re not sure they can get very far as in both tournaments, they were eliminated after sweeping losses to Team Spirit.

If Na’Vi want to get back on top, they need to challenge Vitality and Spirit.

EPL Season 21 Playoffs – Other Contenders

Outside the top 3, we’d love to see an upset from The MongolZ or perhaps MOUZ to shake things up. While The MongolZ is constantly trying to redefine what an APAC team is capable of, MOUZ hopes to maintain their momentum after winning PGL Cluj-Napoca recently.

Meanwhile, we don’t think Eternal Fire, Liquid or G2 Esports will have much of an effect.
