Esports World Cup 2025 – Three More Titles Confirmed
Title by title, the Esports World Cup 2025 is confirming the next featured esports for the upcoming iteration of the esports festival. In this featured discussion, we’re discussing three more titles confirmed for EWC 2025 this past month – HoK, Warzone & Free Fire!
EWC 2025 – Returning Titles
After revealing the addition of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as a title for the Esports World Cup, three more titles are confirmed as the list continues to grow for EWC 2025. For those unaware, 19 tournaments featured at EWC 2024.
Moreover, in our post discussing the reveal of CoD: Black Ops 6, we knew it was a matter of time until CoD Warzone would also be confirmed.
Last season, CoD Warzone EWC featured a prize pool of $1,000,000 with 21 trios competing. Moreover, Team Falcons took up the opportunity and claimed the international title as one of the most popular tournaments of the entire season.
Meanwhile, the Esports World Cup has confirmed two mobile esports joining the roster from last year which are esports betting hits:
- Honor of Kings – in 2024, the EWC featured the title in the form of the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason 2024. With $3,050,000 on the line for 12 teams, this was one of the most successful tournaments at EWC 2025 thanks to the calendar integration.
- Free Fire – another mobile title, last year Free Fire EWC threw up $1,050,000 for 18 teams to fight for.
Overall, while we’re glad the EWC is confirming titles for next year, we hope that the tournament organizer learns from the 2024 iteration and doesn’t simply go through all of the motions.
