OG Esports Returns to Roots with New Green Branding for 2026, Dropping Red Bull Logo
European esports powerhouse OG Esports has kicked off 2026 with a major rebrand, unveiling a fresh logo and color scheme that revives its iconic green theme while notably removing the Red Bull branding.

The updated design draws inspiration from OG’s pre-Red Bull era, reminiscent of the logo used during historic events like The International 2016.
The organization teased the shift on New Year’s Eve 2025 with a playful online skit, followed by the official reveal on January 1, 2026. The announcement came with the tagline: “Green shaped our history. Now, it fuels our future.”

OG also teased upcoming 2026 jerseys featuring the new green dominant design, which will be available for purchase soon.
This rebrand marks the end of an era for prominent Red Bull integration, which began with a sponsorship deal in 2017 that influenced the team’s color scheme and logo.
While it’s unclear if the Red Bull partnership has fully ended the brand remains listed on OG’s official website alongside partners like Secretlab and Melbet it has been removed from the organisation’s social media profiles.
The change comes amid a transformative 2025 for OG. In September, blockchain firm Chiliz Group acquired a 51% stake, bringing back former co-owner Xavier Oswald as CEO. Founders Johan “N0tail” Sundstein and Sebastien “Ceb” Debs stepped back to focus on a new strategic project.
The organization underwent roster shakeups, parting ways with its LATAM and European Dota 2 teams before announcing an all Filipino lineup in November and relocating operations to the Philippines.
As the only team to win back to back The Internationals (2018 and 2019), OG faces high expectations. After a challenging 2025, the return to its classic green identity signals a fresh start aimed at reclaiming past glory in the coming year.
