PUBG Mobile is set to revolutionize its ranked progression with two new in game systems, the Promotion Match and Season Series.

Arriving as part of the v4.2 update under the Season Ascension initiative, these features launch on January 11, 2026, coinciding with Season 28.

Designed for veteran players, they provide long term goals, evolving rewards, and fresh challenges across classic mode, ultimate royale, and trial challenges.
