Riot Games Opens Co-Streamer Applications for LCP 2026 Season

The League Championship Pacific (LCP), Riot Games premier League of Legends league for the Asia-Pacific region, has launched applications for co-streamers ahead of the 2026 season kickoff.

Content creators interested in co-streaming matches providing live commentary and reactions alongside official broadcasts can now submit applications via a dedicated Google Form. Applicants must specify their preferred streaming platforms, target audience/market, and primary language.

The LCP 2026 season begins January 16, featuring eight teams competing across Split 1 and beyond. The format for Split 1 includes a single round robin of best of three (Bo3) series running through February 8, followed by playoffs where the top six teams vie for the Split 1 title and the region’s qualification spot at First Stand 2026 in São Paulo, Brazil (mid-March).

This marks the second year of the LCP as a consolidated Asia-Pacific league, now featuring three Partner Teams and one Guest Team following roster and structural changes from 2025. Ground Zero Gaming joins as a new Partner Team replacement after TALON Esports departure, while Deep Cross Gaming enters as the Guest Team via promotion.

The league continues to support diverse co-streaming communities, primarily in Vietnamese, Mandarin, and English. Previous seasons have featured high profile co-streamers, including former pros like SwordArt, Yutapon, and SofM during the 2025 Finals, with expectations for fresh faces in 2026.

Applications provide creators an opportunity to engage directly with the competitive action and build audiences around the region’s growing talent pool, which includes strong contenders like CTBC Flying Oyster (bolstered by LPL champion Shad0w), GAM Esports, MVK Esports, Team Secret Whales, and newcomers Ground Zero Gaming.
