Formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MoU), the collaboration spans 2026 to 2030, focusing on global distribution of LCK esports content, platform enhancements, and heightened fan engagement. Building on SOOP’s prior domestic agreements with Naver, this deal positions SOOP as a key player in making Korea’s premier LoL league renowned for producing world champions like T1 accessible to international audiences.

Kicking off today, January 14, 2026, with the LCK CUP, fans can watch official English coverage on SOOP’s dedicated LCK_EN channel via chapi.sooplive.co.kr/station/lolglobal. Creator co-streams enable live commentary, reactions, and interactive chats, amplifying the excitement.

Advanced Features for Optimal Viewing

SOOP delivers seamless, low latency streaming across PC, mobile, Smart TVs, and even cable TV, ensuring high quality experiences worldwide. A highlight is the free “Time Machine” tool on official broadcasts, allowing viewers to rewind live matches effortlessly and jump back to real time action perfect for catching every play.

This rollout follows SOOP’s recent unification of its global and Korean services, streamlining performance and user experience for a consistent platform.

Year Round Ecosystem and Global Expansion

SOOP boasts exclusive streaming partnerships with seven of ten LCK teams: DN SOOPers, T1, Gen.G Esports, kt Rolster, DRX, BNK FEARX, and Dplus Kia—creating an all in one hub for official matches, pro player personal streams, exclusive shows like SOOP x Gen.G collabs, and original programming.

Beyond LCK, select coverage of leagues like LEC, LCS, LCP, and CBLOL could follow via licensing. This initiative mixes professional production with community driven content, significantly boosting LCK’s global footprint for English speaking fans.
