Welcome to our review of Casino Winner where, as always, we take you through everything you need to know about this online casino while striving to answer the two all-important questions: ‘is Casino Winner legit?’ and ‘is the Casino Winner welcome bonus worth it?’.
Further to this, as part of our Casino Winner esports review we’ll take a look at their odds for CS:GO, League of Legends and all other major esports titles, their general sports betting product and finally their casino product. And of course, our Casino Winner review won’t be complete without diving into their customer support, payment methods and the brand’s overall security.
Let’s dive in and take a look!
Summary
At esportsbets.com our editor likes to give you their summary on what we found during our in-depth review. And while there are a couple of shortcomings overall, the feeling here is that Casino Winner is definitely a brand worth checking out. Being part of the Betsson group, you can pretty much expect that the minimum requirements to get this online casino live were quite high. During our review, we felt the design was simple (if not a little too basic) and their range of slots was pretty good. On the sportsbook side of things, while a little slow at times, there is in fact a dedicated section for esports (which is always nice), and is set-up generally quite well.
Finally, in terms of promotions, Casino Winner is a little lighter in terms of their offering than other brands we’ve seen on the web. While somewhat disappointing, we can’t expect every brand to offer wild and crazy welcome bonuses all the time. But, being an important determiner in the overall rating of the site, this has to be mentioned.
So, of course, while we’re confident there is something for everybody at Casino Winner, this brand would be a mid-tier online casino in our opinion.
Honesty is the best policy when it comes to reviewing online casinos. At esportsbets.com we won’t attempt to twist the trust — especially when it comes to welcome offers. These are often so important when it comes to deciding on whether to play at an online casino.
And while there are other reasons to play at Casino Winner, we were pretty frustrated to find that the casino welcome offer was buried behind a small hyperlink in the footer. This was after scouring their main pages and even their promotions tab for some time — with only three generic non-offers available: ‘Game Show Tables’, ‘High Stakes Live Casino’ and ‘Multi Game Play’. It feels that Casino Winner are really trying to hide their welcome bonus of 200 EUR plus 50 free spins from customers.
In regards to the deal itself, it’s not so bad. Sign-up, deposit a minimum of 20 EUR, activate the bonus from your ‘casino welcome bonus’ tab and open the game ‘Twin Spin Megaways’ to activate your bonus. Fair enough. Just took a while to find. And of course, there are associated terms and conditions, so let’s take you through the important ones now:
There are other terms which you must comply with. Again, definitely explore the full range on the website.
And finally, there is also a sportsbook welcome offer. 100% up to 100 EUR on your first deposit. But, again, there are associated T&Cs and you should check those out before signing up.
Check out amazing promotions and bonuses:
So, now we’ve been through the Casino Winner welcome offer, let’s take a look at what Casino Winner has to offer in terms of their core products. We’ll first take you through our Casino Winner esports review. We will follow this up with our sports betting review. And then, finally, take you through their casino offering.
First and foremost, we were happy to see during our Casino Winner esports review that there is, in fact, a dedicated esports betting section. This is truly rare when it comes to many online casino products and as such gets kudos when it is deserved.
Well, that’s what we thought. It turns out that the ‘esports section’ is just a tab at the top, which takes you through to the general sports betting section, in which all you see is a filtered-down page with esports odds. Could we have done this ourselves? Yes. Is this a bad thing? Not really. Just, when you see an ‘esports betting’ tab, you expect something special. But regardless of this, there is a solid range of markets on offer for esports betting — much more than we’ve seen across other reviews. At the time of writing, there were 1260 available bets on offer. But, as a trade-off, the range of games to bet on was much more limited — with markets only available for CS:GO, LoL, Dota 2 and Valorant odds.
In terms of map and match betting, we found a decent range of odds, but again less of a range than we found on other products. Take the Dota 2 match between Wildcard Gaming and Mad Kings; the only odds on offer were: match winner, map winner, number of maps, 180s and correct score. Nowhere near the amount we’d expect — missing core bet types, such as ‘First Aegis’, for example. Overall, then, not bad, but not the best.
In terms of sports betting, our Casino Winner review found that the platform was actually quite nice to use. Even though it could be slow at offering up markets and odds, the range of bets was a-OK. In terms of available sports you will find all the main ones covered: football, tennis, basketball, darts, baseball, boxing, cricket, golf, ice hockey + loads more. We were also happy to see markets available for political bets and speedway — the latter being an often overlooked sport for betting markets. MMA odds are also available here, which is great for all combat sports betting fans.
Otherwise, much like our esports betting review, we found the range of markets on offer to be okay, but when compared to our GG.bet review, they’re not as competitive. Placing a bet is fairly straightforward though — as Casino Winner has a simple to use betslip. Further to this, live betting is also available, and with a decent range of markets there on a regular basis, we’re happy to say that the regular sports betting punter will have a decent time here.
Finally, we’re on to our Casino Winner casino review. And to get things started here, we have to admit, it feels a bit unfinished. Browsing the product via desktop you will see there seem to be various blank gaps — which we presume will be filled with features at some point, but otherwise gives Casino Winner a rush and hurried feel. It’s not a bad-looking product per se, but it definitely needs some sprucing up.
Looking at the slot games on offer then, we are happy to conclude you will find all the fan favourites, such as Mega Moolah: The Witch’s Moon, Joker Millions, Rick and Morty Wubba Lubba Dub Dub and Fishin’ Frenzy. There are some pretty impressive jackpots on offer as well, including at the time of writing 13 million EUR on both Sisters of Oz WowPot and Wheel of Wishes WowPot. Even the Microgaming classic MegaMoolah has, at the time of writing, a 2 million EUR jackpot — which is a pretty tasty prize.
Finally, moving towards the table games, there are all your regulars including online blackjack, baccarat and roulette. Furthermore, you will find the live casino is well-stocked with classics such as XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, Crazy Coin Flip Live and Crazy Time. Again, not the most extensive range, but definitely enough to keep you occupied. If you’re interested in reading more casino reviews, they why not check out our Guts review?
Casino Winner currently has an award by the EGR for Customer Support. We can see why. Their live agents are super helpful. You can tell by simply being part of the Betsson group that they hold their customer support agents to high standards. We had no issues during our Casino Winner review when it came to contacting customer support. They also have a helpful Help Centre, where you can find a range of answers to common questions.
Common payment methods are all accepted at Casino Winner. These include: Trustly, Sofort, MasterCard, Neteller, Visa, Maestro, PaySafeCard, Skrill and MuchBetter.
Casino Winner is licensed and regulated by the MGA. The MGA holds all online brands to high standards, especially in terms of customer deposits and responsible gambling, and as such you can be assured your experience with Casino Winner will be safe and secure. In fact, when it comes to answering the question, ‘is Casino Winner legit’, the licence is the first thing we look into. Casino Winner passes with flying colours here.
Ultimately, we’re giving Casino Winner a mid-tier rating. It’s not bad. It’s not great. There are unfinished elements to this product that need looking into + information on their promotions needs to be made clearer. But realistically, given their welcome bonus is pretty decent and they have a nice range of slots, we do recommend you at least check out Casino Winner.
