NRG’s Road Back to LCS Glory

This is NRG’s third stint in LoL esports. Their 2016 debut with stars like Impact and GBM ended in quick relegation.

NRG returned in 2023 by acquiring Counter Logic Gaming, dominating with an LCS title and a top eight Worlds finish the best for any Western team that year.

The same roster faltered in 2024 with two sixth-place finishes, leading to disbandment.

Now in NACL, NRG eyes the 2027 Promotion Tournament and the LCS guest slot, currently held by Disguised.
