ZywOo Leads Vitality to StarSeries Fall 2026 Triumph
Vitality beat Aurora 3-1 in the StarSeries Fall 2026 grand final in Barcelona, claiming their first title since BLAST Rivals on May 3 and closing out a stretch without silverware that had followed a dip in form and William ‘mezii’ Merriman’s time away on parental leave. Back with their usual five-man lineup, Vitality looked every bit the team that spent much of last year as world number one.

ZywOo Sets the Tone
ZywOo finished the grand final 71-44 with a 95.3 ADR, 80.8% KAST and a 1.51 rating, the clear standout across both sides. His decision-making on Mirage and the string of clutch rounds on Cache were the difference-makers when Aurora briefly threatened a reversal on Inferno.
Shahar ‘flameZ’ Shushan also delivered a key 1v2 during Vitality’s Inferno comeback attempt, but the gap between ZywOo and the rest of the server was evident across all four maps. On the Aurora side, Wicadia was the only player to leave with a positive account of himself; Jimi ‘Jimpphat’ Salo and Ismailcan ‘XANTARES’ Dörtkardeş both struggled, finishing with ratings of 0.81 and 0.69 respectively.
Ending the Drought Before Singapore
Vitality had not won a title since BLAST Rivals in May, a stretch that coincided with a loss of form and mezii stepping away from the roster.
