Why are the Deadlock heroes giants?

Overall, the Deadlock character heights have the community stunned at the sheer size of all of the heroes. Considering that Deadlock is based on post-apocalyptic fiction, realism isn’t part of the equation here.

However, the design philosophy here is likely to follow previous hero shooters – heroes with larger health pools are designed to be bigger and slower to attract more firepower and vice versa. Specifically, this was seen in other titles such as Overwatch and will likely follow the Deadlock roles.
