R6S Esports 2025 – The Right Moves
Over the past year, Ubisoft has made an effort to make the best decisions possible for the future of Rainbow Six Siege esports. Specifically, their decision to partner with BLAST, a quality R6S tournaments organizer, was the right move.
Now, for R6S esports 2025, Ubisoft is making some more bold moves.
Firstly, after the Six Invitational 2025 tournament, a short two-month offseason is scheduled. Across March and April, Ubisoft has pledged to keep things exciting with multiple Tier 2 tournaments.

Overall, the main changes include reducing the length of the off-season and adding more frequent small breaks during the season to give teams the chance to rest. Moreover, the 9 worldwide leagues are being condensed into 4 regions:
- EML (Europe, MENA & Turkey)
- SAL (South America League)
- NAL (North America League)
- APL (Asia-Pacific League)
Each league features 10 teams, only four of which move on to the Major after Playoffs. At the end of the season, 20 teams earns spots at the Six Invitational 2026. Every year, the Six Invitational offers the best Rainbow Six betting opportunities.
R6 Share Programme – More Revenue?
And now – a new esports revenue programme. Indeed, Ubisoft is evolving their R6 Share program in 2025 with 20 partner teams to be finalized at the Six Invitational in Boston.
Beyond this Parnter Program, Ubisoft is also introducing an Affiliate Program supporting 23 organizations globally. This will help teams benefit from revenue sharing through R6 Share and R6 Esports Bundles.
