In this preview, we’re taking a quick look at the remaining teams and gauging their chances of becoming international champions.
EDward Gaming – Back in Business

Last season ended with EDward Gaming claiming VALORANT Champions for themselves and for VCT China. Sticking together in the off-season, the team had a mixed showing before the regular season returned, immediately catapulting to the top of VALORANT betting.
Of the remaining teams, EDward Gaming enjoyed the best record in the Swiss Stage, with a +21 map count in their wins over Team Liquid and G2 Esports.
With such incredible firepower from all corners of their roster, EDward Gaming has quickly adapted to the return of Fracture, while their agent pool of Vyse and Yoru on Pearl makes for interesting viewing.
G2 Esports – Cool and Composed

Ever since signing “jawgemo”, G2 Esports have reached another level. After claiming VCT Americas Kickoff, G2 Esports started VCT Masters Bangkok with a confident 2-0 win over Trace Esports.
Then, they matched up against EDward Gaming in one of the most entertainment matches of the event so far. Going toe-to-toe on Peal, G2 Esports managed to claim a close 16-18 map. Sadly for them though, EDward Gaming made quick work of G2 on Bind and Fracture.
Bouncing back with a win over Liquid, they’ve proven that they can match up against EDward Gaming on certain maps. Right now, they’re one of the best VALORANT teams.
T1 – VCT Masters Bangkok Dark Horse
As the last Pacific team standing, T1 is the dark horse of the competition. After falling 2-0 to Vitality, T1 took down Trace easily and their local rivals of DRX.
With not much else to show for it, T1 is the underdog of the competition. Unfavoured against EDward Gaming, T1 could definitely make a Lower Bracket run but we’re doubtful.
