Patch 10.7 is a big one; with numerous champions getting nerfed/buffed, and Fiddlesticks getting a complete rework.
Fiddlesticks‘ rework has enhanced his map pressure, especially with the control of his new passive/trinket ability, which is also the first of its kind.
Champion changes
Akali: Akali had been struggling due to the reduced effectiveness of her ultimate since the change. To give her more kill potential in the early game, R cooldown has been decreased from 120/90/60s > 100/80/60s.
Corki: Minor change, W damage overtime increased from 1.5 > 2s.
Galio: Galio’s ultimate now has an additional effect granting all allies within his R cast a magic damage shield.
Garen: Minor nerfs to Garen due to his prevalence in the mid lane. Passive cooldown up from 7s > 8s, and Q movement speed changed from 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5s > 1/1.65/2.3>2.95/3.6s. These changes will reduce Garen’s ability to reliably trade against ranged characters and make it more punishable for misplays.
Ivern: E base shield increased at all levels from 60/80/100/120/140s > 70>95>120>145>170s. Daisy (R) cooldown also reduced at earlier levels from 160/140/120s > 140/130/120s.
Kai’Sa: Supercharge (E) cooldown reduced at later levels from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14s > 16/15/14/13/12s. Will allow Kai’Sa to kite more in the late game.
Nasus: Nasus buffed very noticeably this patch with Wither (W) range increasing from 600 > 700, and armor shred from Spirit Fire (E) also getting an increase by 10% at all levels.
Nocturn: Two minor base stat nerfs, with health regeneration down from 8.5 > 7, and magic resistance per level from 1.25 > 0.75.
Riven: Slight buff to Riven’s early laning phase, base health and health regeneration increased to 555 > 560 and 7 > 8.5 respectively.
Talon: Base W damage has taken a hit, reducing Talon’s ability to quickly clear waves and roam in the early to mid-game. Initial cast damage down by 5 at all levels, while it’s return damage has had its power shifted from the early to late levels, 70/85/100/115/130 (+0.6 AD Scaling) > 45/65/85/105/125 (+0.7 AD Scaling).
Wukong: Since the release of Wukong’s rework, he has been dominating the Rift. In an effort to balance him, Riot has nerfed his passive slightly, with bonus Armor down from 5-9 > 5-11 (based on level). E base damage at the later levels has also been dramatically reduced from 80/120/160/200/240 > 80/110/140/170/200. Overall, while Wukong will still be strong, his burst damage and survivability in the late game will be lower.
Xin Zhao: Riot has dramatically buffed Xin’s passive healing at later levels from 10-78 > 10-112 (based on level). This will allow Xin to survive even more in fights, possibly bringing back the old days of the unkillable Xin Zhao late game.
