Despite being the newest map in the pool, Anubis is one of the most popular CS2 maps. It was an instant hit among high-level players, and the casual community is really beginning to warm up to it too.
This means that knowing your Anubis callouts in CS2 is more important than ever. You don’t want to be left behind by others on the server as miscommunication can lead to a touch of toxicity between teammates.
When going into an Anubis match, you want to be able to tell your opponents’ every move, which you can only do by learning these Anubis callouts.
For many, playing the game and listening to others is the best way to learn callouts. But there can be some confusion about the exact locations. Most of these callouts are self-explanatory when you get to know them. See the pillar on A-site? Pillar. The bridge on mid is simply Bridge. There are only a few unique names here, so it shouldn’t take too long to get comfortable with the Anubis callouts in CS2.
The beauty of it being a newer map is that, unlike the Inferno callouts, there are no weird names that don’t make sense for newer players.

Anubis is still relatively new compared to the rest of the list of all CS2 maps. There’s always the chance that some of these callouts could change in the future. We wouldn’t worry too much about this. Barring a significant rework of the map, which is unlikely, you’ll be able to use just about all of the callouts for a long time yet.
