BaiSha to dominate Group A

Starting with Group A, BaiSha Gaming is a clear contender to finish on top of the competition. At the end of last season, they claimed the crown by winning the CrossFire Stars 2023 as esports betting favourites.

Since then, they’ve maintained their momentum in China, winning the CrossFire Pro League Season 23 and the CrossFire Stars Invitational 2024. This, and the fact that BaiSha recently placed second at the CrossFire Pro League Season 24, this team is an absolute favourite to make it to the Playoffs.

Another team which seems to be ranking well in esports odds is Imperial Esports, with its massive roster. Over the season, they’ve placed second twice in both seasons of the CrossFire Brazil League and have only lost to their local rivals, Vasco eSports. Following up on their 5-8th finish at CrossFire Stars 2023 last season, this team has what it takes to finish second.

One other contender worth considering is Wolf Empire. Forming a roster in July of this year, this underdog team managed to climb to the top of Vietnam. With so little known about them, they could very well show up and surprise the other competitors.

All Gamers ascending in Group B

Historically, All Gamers is one of the most popular Chinese organizations with a legacy of international championships. However, after placing second at CrossFire Stars 2023, they suffered from a dip in form with a disappointing 5-6th finish at the CrossFire Pro League Season 23.

After a double roster change in May, this All Gamers team is new and improved, rising to the top of China with an epic win at the CrossFire Pro League Season 24. Considering their recent form, esports betting sites are pinning this roster as the favourite to make it to Playoffs.

The other team from China, Evolution Power, is another front-runner after finishing second twice at both the CrossFire Pro League Season 23 and the CrossFire Stars Invitational 2024. Over years of competition, this is the best this roster has looked – their best chance of winning a tournament in a while.

Meanwhile, Vasco eSports is the defending back-to-back regional champions from Brazil that have every chance to make it to the Playoffs. At the CrossFire Stars Invitational 2024, Vasco eSports lost 3-2 to Evolution Power in an epic match. Bearing this in mind, this group will likely be determined by this highly anticipated rematch.

Overall, this looks like a fight for second place between Evolution and Vasco.
