FIFAe Nations Cup 2021 Schedule
The FIFAe Nations Cup is divided into two separate sections.
The online qualifiers will see qualifying events take place all over the world. The North and Central America and South American qualifiers have already been played, but other events in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia and Oceania are still to be finalised, but all will be played before the 23rd May 2021.
Those online qualifiers will decide who makes it into the FIFAe Nations Cup Finals, which will be held from the 20th to the 22nd of August in Copenhagen in Denmark. All the qualifiers from the online tournament will be in attendance to try and win the lion’s share of the total $400,000 prize pool available at the Finals ($100,000 will be paid out for performances in the qualifying stage).
Denmark was the first team to qualify for the event as the hosts and they have since been joined by Mexico and the United States of America from the North and Central America qualifying campaign, as well as Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay from the South American qualifiers.
There was plenty of drama in the South American qualifiers, with Argentina, beaten finalists two years ago, only just qualifying from the Losers Bracket, after being well beaten by Brazil and Uruguay to the two qualifying spots in the winner’s bracket.
The remaining qualifying spots will see two teams qualify from the Middle East and Africa, three from Asia & Oceania and the remaining eleven places will go to qualifiers from Europe.
