DATA.BET Outlines Expansion Plans For Their Bet Builder

Earlier this year DATA.BET launched its brand new Bet Builder, a utility for users to create customized compound bets for esports.

EsportsBets reached out to DATA.BET for more details on their game-changing new feature. Rostyslav Likhtin, Head of Product, was kind enough to share the company’s plans for future expansion.

Can you give us an overview of DATA.BET’s new Bet Builder and what sets it apart from other solutions on the market?

“Our Bet Builder is designed to enhance the esports betting experience by adding versatility and interactivity, rather than completely redefining it.

Unlike other solutions, it relies exclusively on official data, ensuring all bets are backed by accurate, real-time information that gives users confidence in their choices.

The product allows users to make multi-market bets within a single event, making the betting experience richer without overhauling the process entirely. This focus on personalization is crucial in esports, where fans are highly engaged with in-game statistics and player performance.

Additionally, our Bet Builder’s adaptability to different regulatory environments through our back-office customization allows operators to meet various regional requirements seamlessly.”

At launch, which esports titles will be supported by the Bet Builder, and what additional titles are planned as part of the future roadmap?

“At first, Bet Builder will support some of the most popular shooter titles, including Counter-Strike 2 and VALORANT. These games were chosen due to their widespread popularity and high engagement within the esports community.

Moving forward, we plan to extend the Bet Builder to cover major MOBA titles such as League of Legends and Dota 2. These disciplines are crucial to the global esports ecosystem and provide a variety of betting opportunities.

By gradually expanding into these titles, we ensure that our Bet Builder evolves alongside the interests of bettors and the broader esports market.”

What specific data points and metrics will be available within the Bet Builder, and how will you ensure these markets remain engaging and entertaining for bettors?

“Bet Builder will include team performance, player statistics, in-game events, and live match outcomes, all based on official data. By using trusted sources, we ensure the integrity of every market, offering bettors a reliable and immersive experience.

To keep the betting process engaging, in Q4 2024, we plan to integrate Player Props markets into Bet Builder, allowing users to bet on individual player performances. This level of in-game depth will offer esports enthusiasts more opportunities to leverage their knowledge of player stats and match dynamics, making their experience more interactive and entertaining.

Such engagement is really significant in esports, where fans are deeply connected to specific players and teams, as well as analyzing enjoy data to inform their bets.”

Will the Bet Builder include player-focused bets, and what challenges do you foresee in offering such detailed markets? How prepared is DATA.BET to overcome these challenges?

As I’ve mentioned above, Bet Builder eventually will highly include Player Props markets as part of a new iteration. Offering such detailed bets does present challenges but this enable bettors to engage with individual player performances, allowing them to craft personalized and complex betting strategies.

The challenge with offering such markets lies not only in using accurate, real-time data but also in the dynamic nature of esports. Matches can be unpredictable, with sudden momentum shifts and game-changing plays, making it crucial for the information behind these bets to be timely and precise.

DATA.BET addresses these challenges by leveraging data from trusted sources and advanced mathematical models, ensuring that we provide reliable information that can swiftly adapt to this complexity, securing operators and bettors from potential imbalances or market disruptions.

How does DATA.BET plan to roll out the Esports Bet Builder globally, and what regional and regulatory considerations are being taken into account to tailor the product for different markets?

“Our global rollout strategy for the Bet Builder is designed to cater to the unique preferences of different regions. We’re starting with fan-favorite titles like Counter-Strike 2 and VALORANT, followed by iconic MOBA titles such as League of Legends and Dota 2.

Beyond simply offering these games, we’re tailoring the types of bets to reflect regional betting trends. For instance, some regions favor team-based bets, while others gravitate towards more individual player markets.

Regulatory compliance is another critical consideration. We’ve built a highly flexible back office that allows us to fine-tune the Bet Builder to meet specific legal requirements and licensing structures in each region. This means that we can offer a localized betting experience while staying compliant with the regulatory landscape, making it easier for operators to integrate the product seamlessly into their platforms, regardless of their jurisdiction.”

What key benefits can operators expect from integrating Bet Builder into their platforms, especially considering the use of official data?

“By integrating DATA.BET’s Bet Builder operators can enable players to combine multiple markets within a single event, effectively multiplying the odds. This drives higher engagement and consequently, boosts the betting volume of each individual player, generating more income without the need to invest heavily in acquiring new users.

In addition, the Bet Builder enables operators to promote higher-margin, less popular markets. They may not generate significant volume on their own, but by including them in customized, multi-bets, operators can increase their visibility and profitability. This not only diversifies the betting options but also opens up new revenue streams.

Retention is another key benefit. Players who experience a more personalized betting experience, tailored to their preferences, are more likely to return to the platform.

Bet Builder’s unique approach empowers users by allowing them to craft bets based on their in-depth knowledge of the game, creating a more interesting and strategic betting process. This engagement leads to increased loyalty and higher retention rates for operators.

All of these benefits are underpinned by DATA.BET’s use of official data. This guarantees that the markets are accurate, secure, and fair. Official data ensures faster settlement of bets and financial risks for operators by minimizing the likelihood of bets or incorrect payouts ultimately disputes, this leads to improved trust and satisfaction among players, positioning operators as reliable and innovative in a highly competitive market.”
