ESL One Stockholm not only satisfied the craving of every Dota 2 fan by giving them the spectacle they were all yearning for, but it also gave the fans a chance to experience the event live in Stockholm, which is something Valve hasn’t been able to do since 2020.
Despite all the hurdles OG had to overcome just to attend the event, they still managed to flawlessly execute their strategies and pulled off an incredible lower bracket run that led them to the grand final, where they became the ESL One Stockholm champions by defeating the North American titans, TSM.
What made OG’s ESL One Stockholm run even more memorable, was the fact that both Ceb and N0tail were a part of it. Ceb joined at the last minute as a replacement for Misha, who was unable to attend the event due to travel issues. He had once again put his leadership skills to the test and led OG to victory, with the assistance of N0tail, who was the team’s coach for this event. Together, this dynamic duo worked like a charm and brought OG back to the forefront of Dota 2 esports.
ESL One Stockholm 2022 is the first Dota 2 Major of the year, featuring the best 14 teams the Dota 2 world has to offer.
